What it costs
$99, and that is the number you pay. Shipping within the United States is included. There is no shipping charge, no framing surcharge and no handling fee added at checkout.
Where we ship
United States only, for now. Checkout will only accept a US shipping address. If you are outside the US, the order cannot currently be completed, and we would rather say that here than take your money and disappoint you.
How long it takes
Every print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, because until you upload your photographs your print does not exist.
Allow 5 to 10 business days from checkout to your door: roughly 1 to 3 business days to print, frame and pack, then 4 to 7 business days in transit. You will get an email confirmation at checkout and tracking as soon as it ships.
Ordering for Christmas: order by early December to be safe. Made-to-order production plus carrier congestion in late December is not a combination worth gambling on.
Changes and cancellations
Be sure before you pay. Your order goes into production almost immediately after checkout, so there is no cancellation window in any meaningful sense. This is the trade for a made-to-order product with a short turnaround.
If you have made a mistake, reply to your order email straight away. If it has not yet gone to print we will fix it. If it has, we will tell you honestly rather than pretend otherwise.
If something arrives wrong
If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you. No drama. Reply to your order email with a photograph of the problem and we will sort it out.
That covers a cracked frame, a damaged print, the wrong frame colour, a misspelled name that we got wrong, or a printing fault.
What is not covered
Because each print is made to order from your own photographs, we cannot take back a print that arrived exactly as ordered simply because it is no longer wanted. Two specific cases worth naming:
- Soft or blurry photographs. We check the resolution of every image as you upload it and warn you on screen if one will print soft. If you proceed past that warning, the print will look the way the warning said it would.
- Names as typed. The name is printed exactly as you enter it in the studio, spelling and all. Read it twice before you check out.
Your photographs
The photographs you upload are used to make your print and for nothing else. We do not sell them, license them, or use them in advertising without asking you first.
Getting hold of us
Reply to your order confirmation email. It reaches us directly and it is the fastest route, because your order details are already attached to the thread.
